Cassy Binstead

Cassy graduated from the University of Queensland in 2006 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and first-class honours.

Cassy has experience in treating a range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, as well as acute ward experience, enabling her to provide holistic care. She has worked in a variety of public and private hospitals and private practices both here and in the UK, including some of London’s top hospitals and clinics.

With more than 20 years learning ballet and dance, and a love of sport and the outdoors, Cassy is passionate about helping people reach their optimum health and wellbeing. She combines hands-on treatment with a strong exercise and Pilates focus for rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Complementing her dance background, Cassy has done further training in Pilates and Kinetic Link Training (whole body strength training), as well as shoulder, hip, Kinesio-tape, McKenzie Method (spinal), and pain management courses.

When she is not chasing after her two energetic young boys, Cassy enjoys ballet classes, horse-riding, hiking and travel.
