Admit or refer a Patient

To access St Andrew’s services, General Practitioners can:

• Refer patients directly to the Emergency Centre 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Phone (07) 3834 4490.
• Refer patients to any of our specialists. 
• Contact the After Hours Coordinator on 3834 4444 (pager 275) to find out which practitioners are on call within each speciality.

To refer patients to the Pre-Procedure Assessment Clinic, VMPs can:

• Call the Sessional Suites directly on (07) 3831 6202 
• Refer direct to the clinic using the editable form below, emailed to SAWMH.suites1@uchealth.com.au
