St Andrew's offers an around the clock Upper Limb on call service with upper limb surgeons on a 24/7 roster.
Anyone presenting to the St Andrew's Emergency Centre with hand lacerations or breaks have access to a surgeon and an operating theatre at any time of the day.
All upper limb trauma is covered, including:
- Hand surgery
- Wrist surgery (distal radius fractures)
- Microsurgery
- Replants / revascularisation
- Elbow surgery
- Shoulder surgery
- Nerve, tendon and soft tissue surgery
