UnitingCare Hospitals have robust clinical governance systems which review the data, monitor and benchmark outcomes, develop new initiatives to address any underperformance, and promote continuous improvement across a wide range of quality indicators.
As well as internal systems, UnitingCare provides and reports data to several external healthcare regulatory bodies, including the Private Health Regulatory Team, Queensland Health and the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care.
