Cath has gained an extensive range of experience in her field, opening herself up to every learning opportunity available which has enabled her to specialise in Breast Care.
She is passionate about the St Andrew’s Breast Care Service because it provides the opportunity to guide her patients at every stage. Being involved with a patient from the start at diagnosis right through to surgery and survivorship - we become a central and familiar clinical support.
Our patients will see only my partner Sophie or myself, so there is wonderful continuity and personalised care for the patient.
What Cath enjoys most about nursing is having the opportunity to create a very genuine connection with her patients with the aim to make a stressful time a lot more bearable. Cath is committed to make the experience of breast cancer easier for her patients. She has a keen interest in clinical education and is always willing to share her knowledge with patients and aspiring nurses.
