Doctor Details

Dr Niwansa Adris graduated from Monash University and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2021. His special interests are in nutrition, functional gastrointestinal disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, high quality endoscopy and liver disease.

Dr Niwansa Adris is involved with GP education, training for medical students and basic physician trainees and ongoing research in nutrition, general gastroenterology and liver disease.

His approach to patient care focuses on a holistic approach with multidisciplinary involvement with other specialists, dietitians, psychologists and physiotherapists for the management of gastrointestinal disease.
