Doctor Details

Dr David Molloy is an Infertility and Gynaecological Surgeon who completed his degree at the University of Queensland with further training at the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. His special interests include advanced laparoscopic minimally invasive gynaecological surgery.

He has been a specialist for more than 25 years. Dr Molloy introduced laparoscopic hysterectomy and advanced laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis to Queensland. He teaches surgery to other specialist at interstate, national and St Andrew’s workshops.

Dr Molloy has been the past president of the Australian Gynaecological Endoscopy Society. He is Vice-Chair Australian Heads of IVF Units, and is a member of the AMA, FRANZCOG, AAGS and ASRM.

He commenced practice at St Andrew’s in 1986.
