A/Prof Anusch Yazdani
Anusch is a graduate of the University of Queensland (MBBS Hons) who completed his specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FRANZCOG) in Brisbane. Following a fellowship in minimally invasive pelvic surgery in Sydney, he returned to Brisbane in 2002 to develop tertiary referral units in minimally invasive surgery at the Royal Brisbane and Mater Hospitals. In 2006, he completed the Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI), effecting subspecialist qualifications in reproductive endocrinology, infertility and minimally invasive pelvic surgery.
His philosophy of evidence based, yet individually tailored care lead to the foundation of Eve Health Australia, a private women’s health centre. He is the Director of Clinical Research and Development of the QFG Research Foundation.
Anusch is Associate Professor to the University of Queensland and Vice-President of the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery Society (AGES Society). He is Federal Counsellor to the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG).
Anusch is the Program Director for the Queensland Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and Advanced Endoscopic Surgery Training specialist training programmes.
He is widely published in medical journals, has co-authored textbooks and lectures widely nationally and internationally.
Anusch has a special interest in endometriosis, minimally invasive and microsurgery, infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, assisted reproduction (including IVF) and reproductive endocrinology.
