Dr Andrew Marriott is specialist physician in acute care and general medicine. His special interest is in the management of acute multisystem disorders.
Dr Marriott is a medical graduate from Griffith University in 2010. He completed his physician training in Queensland and has worked at Greenslopes Private Hospital, the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Ipswich Hospital and QEII Jubilee Hospital.
He is currently a staff specialist at QEII Hospital. He is enthusiastic about medical education and teaching and has mentored medical students, junior doctors and training specialists. He manages the medical education program at QEII Hospital. He is interested in Quality Improvement and presents cases at department and hospital morbidity and Mortality meetings. He sits on the Frequent Presenting Patient committee at QEII Hospital.
Dr Marriott is currently a visiting physician at St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital and Mater Private Hospital Brisbane. He undertakes outpatient consultations from Brisbane Clinic.
