Our direct billing arrangements with WorkCover and self-insured companies mean your employees won’t need to pay, and they don’t need private health insurance to be seen*. Anyone can attend our Emergency Centre – no GP referral is required.

Led by a team of emergency medicine specialists, our Emergency Centre is staffed by experienced doctors, nurses and support personnel, all backed by state-of-the-art equipment. Should they need it, your employees will also have access to some of Queensland’s best orthopaedic, cardiology, ENT and eye specialists all in the one location.

* If the injury is not deemed work-related by either the emergency physician, WorkCover Queensland or other third-party providers, the person presenting with the injury is responsible for settling the account on discharge.
