Dr Chris Blenkin graduated from Medicine at the University of Queensland & completed his Orthopaedic training in 1992.
In 1993 he undertook a Fellowship in Hand & Upper Limb Surgery at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham UK.
He commenced private practice at St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital in 1994.
He is currently the Senior Hand & Upper Limb surgeon at the Royal Brisbane Hospital where has been a Visiting Medical Officer since 1995.
Until 2015 he was an Examiner in Orthopaedic Surgery for the Royal Australian College of Surgeons & Chairman of Orthopaedics at St Andrews Hospital.
His memberships include Australian Hand Surgery Society, Shoulder and Elbow Society of Australia, Queensland Hand Surgery Society & Queensland Shoulder Society.
